HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We select from multiple shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, & USPS to give you the best rate (varies with the method and service you select.)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).  Standard orders of in-stock items typically processes in 1-3 business days. Please contact us at hello@redrovr.com with any questions about your order. We’re happy to help!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders ship from multiple warehouses, depending on your shipping address.  Transit times in the U.S. vary depending on your location and the carrier. 7-10 business days is average for standard orders. Expedited orders will vary depending on the service selected.  

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Canada is currently the only international shipping option we provide.  Duties & taxes, and/or clearance charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Canadian sales are final and no returns will be accepted.  Orders shipped to Canada can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.   If you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping please email us.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON REDROVERKID.COM?

  • To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here.
  • We accept returns (excluding gift cards) in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • If you received your item as a gift, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and we will send additional return instructions.
  • The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns.
  • Once the return is received it may take up to 30 days for the refund to process on our end. If your refund has not posted in your account please contact your bank.   

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ON SALE ?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Purchases of sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns/ exchanges or refunds.

EXCHANGES

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.  Please contact us at hello@redrovr.com and we will be happy to assist you.
